In the middle of the transformation...cabinets white, we added an exhaust above the stove and encased it in a beautiful wood unit.

Once again, part of the transformation... adding some columns, recessed lighting and header to the opposite side of the kitchen, this pulls everything together.

After.... I was able to use the same rod for the curtains, took away the bamboo shades and repurposed them in another room. Custom pillows to match the new decor. Added the two new recliners in place of the red ones, now they are the same size to look more appealing. Added accessories and lamps.

Adding new fabric always gives a loverly new look.

I faux finished the cabinets in a warm tea stain and did a raised stencil on the unit above the stove. We pulled the dark walnut color into the kitchen island to match the dark wood on the entertainment unit and we changed out the white backslash for some beautiful tumble marble.

We added this custom made shelf above the cooktop and I applied a stencil and added the same glaze as the cabinets to bring out dimension.

A hand painted mural was done by Madara to bring in the pattern of the curtains.  This was the mural from the previous decor.

Custom made stencil then I did a gold overlay and on top of that accented with glass beads.

Floral done by Madara.  Floral arrangements are always a nice way to bring in a little color to accent any room.

Boston-Master Bedroom

Picture
The room was transformed using an antique gold and then I had a stencil made and applied to the focal wall. Custom table skirt, toss pillows and throw for bed was made to complete the project.
Picture
The shelves were from the old design but we found some really neat plates that added just the right touch for pulling in the metallic theme.
Picture
I customized the trash bin by painting it the same color as the room and then did a smaller version of the stencil on it.

Create a fun focal wall using the colors in the room with a hand painted border
Stage 2
Oct-Dec 2017

It's always such a blessing to be called back to do another area of a home.  I loved watching the transformation unfold.
Christmas 2017...We did a total transformation....out with the old, in with the new Transitional Decor.  The wall paper came down and we painted ceiling & walls with a warm gray, I created a Winter Wonderland for the table centerpiece. New: artwork, table and chairs, place settings, rug, light fixtures and accessories.  Beautiful!

Dining Room for the Holiday Season!
Picture
The old inset was removed and an more streamline inset was custom made.  I had the shelves made and I faux finished them to match the dining room set....beautiful!

We took out the old Alcove and had a custom one built and then added new art and a metallic background.

To save my clients money, I like to find pre-made drapery if possible. These beautiful blue satin drapes were purchased and then adjusted at the top.  Instead of keeping the rod pocket I sewed in tabs to give them a soft bellow. Along with the change we cut the original rod down and I created two rods, painted them silver and added new finials.  What a great new look!
Living Room
